OUR STORY
JESUS SUMMIT CONFERENCE
It all started with a revival prayer conference called Jesus Summit on May 21, 2010 in Alkrington, Middleton in the North of Manchester, United Kingdom.
Jesus Summit, was conceived based on an instruction from God to convene a solemn gathering of believers within the area and pray for a spiritual awakening and restoration of Great Britain with particular reference to North Manchester.
In the meeting, we were made to understand that the desolation of God's altars and the deserting of His ways by Great Britain and largely Europe is a burden that can only be lifted by and through prayer.
God is still committed to His divine plan for Europe and will surely restore the continent back to Himself through a revived church.
A bold, unrelenting and empowered church , that will, through wisdom and courage prophetically declare the statues and mind of God unto the people.
It was also during this meeting that the Lord confirmed Jesus Touch Ministries as an assignment He has separated us unto in order to be part His purpose for the area.
MOVING INTO HEYWOOD.
Under this unction, we started holding meetings as a group, praying fervently and worshipping God at the Alkrington and Providence United Reformed church, Manchester new road, Middleton, Greater Manchester until September 2011 when God specifically directed us to move into the town of Heywood.
On May, 13, 2012, the church officially started in Sandon House, Taylor street, Heywood.
TESTIMONIES ABOUND IN HEYWOOD
Now, in Heywood town, God has constantly encouraged and reinforced our faith in Him proving that He has planted us for this assignment and that He is ready to transform Heywood in line with His plans.
While we continue to pray for Heywood and environs, we hold dearly and faithfully unto His promises.
Right now, our aim and work which we have been doing is to continue to preach, pray and work for peace, salvation and the spiritual prosperity of Heywood and the North of Manchester as a whole.
Souls are being reached and converted. Signs ,miracles and testimonies abound, the message of the cross is being preached and lives are being transformed by the power of God.
