We can’t Wait to Meet You!

At JTM Heywood, you’ll discover more than a church service—you’ll find a family.

Come and see for yourself this Sunday.

What to expect.

  • Worship Atmosphere: Spirit-led, uplifting worship with a blend of contemporary and traditional songs.

  • Teaching: Bible-based, practical messages for everyday life.

  • Children & Youth: Our Kids’ Church runs alongside the main service, with safe and fun activities designed for different age groups.

  • Dress Code: Come as you are—whether casual or smart, you’ll be welcome.

  • Length of Service: About 2 hours, 30 minutes, followed by refreshments and fellowship.

Start time:

Our worship service begins at 11:00 AM.
If you arrive a little early, you’ll be warmly greeted by members as they come in, and our Ushers will happily guide you to a seat.

Opening:

We usually begin around 11:10 AM with a brief 5-minute worship time.

Sunday Basic Life Bible Teaching (BLBT):
This isn’t a typical “Sunday School.” It’s an interactive Bible session where you’re free to join in, comment, and ask questions.

A teacher leads us through practical, life-shaping truths from Scripture.

Praise & Worship:
Next, our Music & Worship Team leads a heartfelt time of praise—a blend of modern and timeless worship songs.

Pastoral Prayer, Offering & Testimonies:
After the music, one of our pastors offers a brief prayer and receives the offering.

At times, we also invite people to stand and share testimonies,

which often encourage the whole church.

Sermon:
Then our pastor—or an invited guest speaker—brings the sermon of the day.

Our sermon series are both expository (verse-by-verse) and

topical (specific themes).

Whatever the method, every message is Christ-exalting and Scripture-saturated.

Welcome & Celebrations:
As the sermon concludes, we love to welcome first-time visitors and pray for birthday celebrants. You may be greeted, welcomed, and prayed for—simply to express our love and joy that you came.

Closing & Fellowship:
We share the grace together, then linger to connect and greet one another.

There’s always tea, drinks, and light snacks—a great time to make friends and feel at home.
